Boys Day Out!

It was M's first time on the ice!!!...he was pretty excited!

...and looked the part ...or dangerous!

Glaciers, Surflife boats, Sunshine and the odd bird or two!!!

We had a wonderful afternoon off on Thursday and we finally managed to bike the new bike trail to the Franz Josef Glacier.

It was a great ride made even more fun going with friends!

The surf life savers that are circumnavigating NZ called in for the night at Okarito so a few locals went out to see them arrive!

a walk later that evening .....can you spot the stick and dog????

the Harakeke is still going off here!!! and it is great for Tui and Korimako spotting!

..........its been a while!
Hope everyone is having a magical start to 2011!

at long last the sun is shining and we are busy,busy at work!
