Rainy day = Baking mmmmmmmm

yesterday was a little on the wet side... so M decided we needed to have something in the tins!!! oh and be able to lick the odd spoon or two???

...I wonder what has golden syrup in and I can lick that spoon?

The Road South...

as always we start our adventures with food! but I guess you have already worked that one out!!!!

...and then it was on to one of our next small addiction....trains!..well some members of our family :)

its a bit sad that this gorgeous beastie is sitting on the sidings at the moment, hopefully one day soon it will get back on the tracks!!!

Helping Christchurch.

It has been a stink week :(

 I have not felt like writing on here at all.

 It all seems rather pointless at this time when just over the hill Christchurch seems so chaotic.

As you all know, words are not my strength....i just can't seem to find the right thing to say or do?

there are some amazing people doing incredible acts of goodness and people just trying to get on and get thru the day WITHOUT water, toilets or power just mind blowing!
