Whataroa River.
Last Sunday we managed to head out of Okarito and made our way up to the Whataroa River.
It was a gorgeous day and very hot! The views were amazing as we picniced under a Totara tree for shade. We came across this old bulldozer that looked like it had seen better days but was great for photos and M and R couldn't resist a wee peak at how it all worked!
It was great day away from work and exploring another amazing area just at our backdoor!Where will we go next week???
