Harihari Coastal Walk

Last Sunday we packed afternoon tea and headed up and out to the Harihari coastal walk.

It was a great afternoon, the walk thru the forest and out to the coast at the Poerua mouth was lovely. we didn't realise there were so many little baches out there.

we had a wee view from the Dough Boy, back south.

R. was being all Artistic with the top of my hat!!


and then we came across this enormous old tree! it was fantastic especially with all the communities growing on it!

it was a great afternoon out ....topped off with a ice cream stop on the way home!
