Having a few technical hitches!

As the storm cleared...looking good Okarito!

Spring is here!

Dinner time!!!

First the mountains turned pink and then everything around us glowed!

that was worth all the rain for!

this local was just hanging out on the weekend! if you look really close you can see the tip of its beak changing colour (for breeding!!) and the wind is just ruffling its breeding plumage!

Yay! what an amazing day out with the boys! (and Flynn dog was in the car) it was a real family day out!

 

and then home to another fantastic concert in Donovan's!

A Tropical Island adventure

 

Just a few wee glimpses into our amazing adventure to Rarotonga.

It was just what we all needed.

 

 

Thank you to the beautiful people of this gorgeous piece of paradise

we had the best time ever and your coffee is not too bad either!!!

our favourite things were swimming with the fish, cycling to market, having our own Raro dog, and swinging from trees!

 

Hope you are all grand.

 it is a little colder and wetter in Okarito today! but it is still our little piece of paradise :)

Our summer family and adventures.

 

Sorry these are a bit old ...from our end of the summer season dinner! we are so lucky to have had such an amazing team to work with again! Thank-you again!!

 we all made something to share and strangely enough there were quite a few chocolate related yummies!

Chilli girl made the above individual chocolate mousse and Mel made a "too die for" French chocolate tart, we honestly could not move!!! and Andy's Mojitos probably didn't help!

and then it was Mr.R's big day!! according to the candles which M. thought was a great joke it really was a big day!! Ha ha!
